About the Skill and Personality Development Programme Centre:

The Institute has established the Skill and Personality Development Programme Centre (SPDC) as a central facility to conduct skill and personality development training for the reserved category students of our Institute.  The SPDC is sponsored by AICTE under the scheme AICTE Quality Improvement Scheme (AQIS) during the year 2020-2021.  This scheme aims to inculcate skill sets to enhance the employability prospects and mould them as successful professionals.

Objectives of the SPDC:

• ♦ To build self-confidence, self-esteem and overall personality of the students.
• ♦ To ameliorate and hone additional skills of the students along with the academic skills.
• ♦ To conduct programmes and courses to develop their skills to cater to the demands of the global arena.
• ♦ To imbibe the skills sets of Problem Solving, Critical Thinking and Creativity.
